According to authorities, at the entrance of the bridge there are multiple scanning systems which are equipped with devices that detect drugs, explosives and chemicals even 60 days after last contact. RT has been informed that questions have been raised about the shift on duty, which allegedly missed the truck that reportedly caused the explosion.
